1Introduction

Welcome to Vasant Club. The platform is operated under the Vasant Club brand and provides sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, fish shooting games, and related entertainment services to registered users. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the user") and Vasant Club ("we", "us", "the platform") regarding your use of our website, mobile application, and all associated services.

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of Vasant Club, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms, that you are of legal age, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK) and are intended for users based in Pakistan. All monetary references use PKR unless stated otherwise.

2Eligibility

To register and use Vasant Club, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds reviewed.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online betting and gaming activities are not explicitly prohibited for your use.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Vasant Club employee in a role that would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or have a court-ordered restriction on gambling activities.

3Account Registration

To access betting markets, casino games, and other platform features, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on Vasant Club. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended. Any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately via our support contact. Vasant Club is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep login details secure.

3.3 Verification

We may request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if we detect unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account restrictions or suspension until the matter is resolved.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Vasant Club are processed in PKR. We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The available methods are shown in your account dashboard.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly after successful payment confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the point of deposit. Vasant Club does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and verification requirements. We aim to process approved withdrawal requests as quickly as reasonably possible. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as your Vasant Club account.

4.3 Pending Bonus Wagering

If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, withdrawal of your bonus balance may not be possible until the requirement is met. Real-money deposits are generally withdrawable independently of bonus funds, subject to platform rules shown in your account.

5Betting Rules

Vasant Club offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket, football, esports, and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation notice with a reference number. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been placed. Vasant Club reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including where a market is offered in error or where odds are clearly incorrect.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are shown at the point of bet placement. For popular cricket markets during PSL or international T20 matches, higher limits may be available. Limits may be adjusted without prior notice at any time.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within a defined period.
• Odds were published due to a technical error or obvious pricing mistake.
• The market was suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a technical fault.
• The event or participant is disqualified after the fact in a manner that affects the outcome.

Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.

5.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are available on selected events including PSL matches, T20 internationals, and major football fixtures. Odds in live markets update rapidly and it is your responsibility to confirm the odds shown at the time of bet placement. Vasant Club is not responsible for bets placed based on outdated odds due to network delays on the user's end.

6Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, Vasant Club may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, and time limits.

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the bonus being removed and the account reviewed.
• Vasant Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• In the event of a dispute about a promotion, the decision of Vasant Club is final.

7User Conduct

Users of Vasant Club are expected to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with platform staff or other users.

8Privacy and Data

Vasant Club collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as set out in that policy. We use your data to manage your account, process transactions, provide customer support, and comply with applicable obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) and other service providers strictly as necessary to operate the platform. All data is handled with appropriate security measures.

9Limitation of Liability

Vasant Club provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect access to the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted, Vasant Club shall not be liable for:

1. Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
2. Any indirect, special, or consequential losses, regardless of cause.
3. Losses resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including network failures, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
4. Bets placed using incorrect or outdated odds due to latency on your network connection.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10Account Suspension and Termination

Vasant Club may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• You are found to have provided false registration details.
• A regulatory or legal requirement compels us to do so.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period and we are unable to contact you.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. If your account is closed voluntarily and you have a positive real-money balance with no outstanding wagering requirements, we will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method after completing any required verification steps.

11Responsible Gaming

Vasant Club is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Sports betting and casino games are entertainment products for adults. We encourage all users to approach the platform with a clear budget, set time limits for their sessions, and to never bet money they cannot afford to lose.

We offer the following self-management tools within your account:
